Il Divo

Early in the 1990s, repentant mobsters begin naming Giulio Andreotti (Toni Servillo) in the crimes of Cosa Nostra. This is the man who has been synonymous with Italian power for decades, a politician who has survived electoral battles, terrorist massacres, the loss of friends and slanderous accusations. Paolo Sorrentino follows him through it, and Andreotti stays calm, clever and closed, giving away nothing to anyone, not even his wife Livia (Anna Bonaiuto).
