I'll Follow You Down

Gabriel Whyte (Rufus Sewell), a young scientist, leaves on a business trip and never comes back. No one finds a reason, and his wife Marika (Gillian Anderson) and his son Erol (Haley Joel Osment) go on living around the space he left. Richie Mehta follows the family as years pass, and Marika keeps a place for Gabe at the table, his chair still pulled out.
