I'm Not Scared

“Who can you trust when everyone's a suspect?”

Six children ride their bikes out across the wheat fields while the adults of their tiny southern Italian village stay indoors, hiding from the heat. Nine-year-old Michele (Giuseppe Cristiano) wanders into an abandoned farmhouse and finds a secret so terrible he dares not tell anyone. Gabriele Salvatores sets the story in the 1970s, and Michele goes back to the farmhouse again and again, keeping a secret no child should have to carry.
