I'm Starting from Three

Nobody in the film can say what Gaetano is running from, least of all Gaetano (Massimo Troisi), a young Neapolitan who walks away from his job, his home and his friends to find other moments of life. Troisi directed, co-wrote and stars in this 1981 debut, and it won David di Donatello awards for Best Film and Best Actor. He has no plan and no destination, and he is leaving the only people who know him.
