In Praise of Love

Edgar (Bruno Putzulu) is preparing a project on the four moments of love: meeting, physical passion, separation and making up. He wants to tell it through three couples, young, adult and old, though he has not settled whether it will be a play, a novel, a film or an opera. Two years earlier, an American buys the rights to the story of an elderly French couple who fought in the Resistance, and their family argues over nation, memory and history.
