In the Family

Fikret (Fiko) (Engin Günaydın) is a neurotic man whose long relationship ends the very day he meets Solmaz (Demet Evgar), an eccentric lounge singer whose own has just collapsed. She needs a dignified police chief to stand beside her daughter, who hopes to marry into the conservative, wealthy Kurt family, and Fiko reluctantly agrees to play the part. Ozan Açıktan's comedy is about how much a family will believe when it badly wants to.
