Incantation

“Do you believe in blessings?”

Six years ago, Li Ro-nan (Ina Tsai) broke a religious taboo and left behind a curse she now fears has passed to her young daughter, Dodo (Huang Sin-ting). Kevin Ko tells it as found footage, with Ro-nan filming herself and talking straight to the camera, trying to explain what she did. Everything she records comes back to one need, to protect Dodo, and the camera becomes the only way she can speak to her.
