Incredible But True

Alain (Alain Chabat) and Marie (Léa Drucker) buy the suburban house they have wanted for years, and the real estate agent, Gérard (Benoît Magimel), tells them the basement could change their lives forever. Quentin Dupieux sets a mysterious tunnel down there and treats it with a flat, straight face. Whatever it does to the couple, the film keeps watching how Alain and Marie look at each other across the kitchen.
