Elango (Vishnu Vishal) is a struggling man in Chennai who, with his astrologer friend Pulivetti Arumugam (Karunakaran), ends up holding a working time machine. The two start using it to make money, and their meddling with the past keeps a gangster alive who should be dead. R. Ravikumar plays the whole thing as a fast, noisy comedy, giving the time-travel plot the pace of a chase.
