Insidious

“It's not the house that's haunted.”

Josh Lambert (Patrick Wilson) and his wife Renai (Rose Byrne) want their son Dalton to wake up after he falls into a coma with no medical explanation. A psychic named Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) tells them the boy has traveled somewhere dark, and now things are trying to keep him there. James Wan traps the camera in the family's house while shadows move in the hallway behind them, and ends on Dalton's small body rigid in bed.
