Inspector Blunder

Michel Clément (Coluche) graduates from the police academy with the lowest mark in his class, and the force gives him the one job nobody else wants. He is to guard Marie-Anne Prossant (Dominique Lavanant), a wealthy reporter who went on television and questioned the manhood of Roger Morzini (Gérard Depardieu), public enemy number one. Claude Zidi sets the trainee against a mobster with a grudge, and Marie-Anne's safety rests on the man everyone else gave up on.
