Inspector Faustão and the Vagabond

“The mission (the first and only)”

Faustão (Faustão) sells fruit for a living, and his one want is a bigger job than the stall. God picks him personally to become Inspector Faustão, defender of the animals, and he teams up with Mallandro (Sérgio Mallandro) to save a group of quails from an illegal smuggler. Mário Márcio Bandarra puts a bratty kid and a jealous girlfriend in their way, and the film stays on how little it takes for ordinary people to stand up for animals that cannot speak.
