Inu-Oh

“Bring it on, Japan's Romantic”

Inu-Oh (Avu-chan), born with a deformed body and a face his own father hides behind a mask, wants only to be seen, and finds his chance in Tomona (Mirai Moriyama), a blind biwa player in 14th century Japan. Masaaki Yuasa follows the two as they team up and turn their concerts into spectacles that draw crowds across the country. Both are outcasts, and the film insists their art has to carry what the world won't say about them.
