Invisible Waves

A man is dead in Macau, and Kyoji (Tadanobu Asano), the cook who killed him, boards a boat for Thailand with the crime still on his hands. Pen-Ek Ratanaruang follows him to a new country where the people who befriend him may be the ones he needs to fear. Kyoji sits on the deck with his hands on the rail, and the sea moves under the boat.
