Rajiv Mathur (Shahid Kapoor) asks his college classmate Payal Mehra (Amrita Rao) to go steady, but only so he can win permission for an outing, and she says yes. Ken Ghosh stages this campus rivalry as a brisk teen comedy, with Shahid Kapoor in his debut.
