Island of Lost Souls

“TERROR! Stalked the Brush-Choked Island...Where Men Who Were Animals Sought the Girl Who Was All-Human!”

A stranded sailor, Edward Parker (Richard Arlen), is hauled onto a jungle island in the South Seas, where the only man in charge is Dr. Moreau (Charles Laughton). Moreau offers him a bed until the next boat comes and introduces him to Lota (Kathleen Burke), a woman who moves and watches like no one Parker has met. Erle C. Kenton has Parker's wait for rescue hang on how long he can stay ignorant of what the doctor is building.
