Island of Terror

“How could they stop the devouring death...that lived by sucking on living human bones!”

Dr. Brian Stanley (Peter Cushing) is a scientist called to a remote island off the coast of Ireland, where the residents are turning up dead and no one can say what killed them. With Dr. David West (Edward Judd) and Toni Merrill (Carole Gray), he traces the deaths to the experiments being run there. Terence Fisher keeps the creatures low and slow, tentacled things creeping over the island while the community tries to fight back.
