Giulio Verme (Maccio Capatonda) cares about every wrong in the world, and he cares so hard that his marriage is wearing thin around it. So he swallows a pill that cuts his brain use from the usual twenty percent to two, which makes him just like the average man on the street. Capatonda directs and plays a whole crowd of characters, with Herbert Ballerina beside him, and keeps the deadpan flat all the way through.
