It's Alive III: Island of the Alive

“They do something worse than kill. They multiply.”

Stephen Jarvis (Michael Moriarty) is an actor whose newborn belongs to a line of mutant babies the courts have shipped off to a deserted island. Larry Cohen sets the question in plain view: who gets to decide what a child is worth.
