Ivanhoe

“The adventure of a lifetime!”

Wilfred of Ivanhoe (Anthony Andrews) is a knight who comes home to England from the Third Crusade with a reputation for justice. He finds Prince John and his henchmen holding the country, and Ivanhoe is drawn into the fight over who will wear the crown. Douglas Camfield stages the tournaments and the clash of loyalties between Cedric (Michael Hordern), Isaac of York (James Mason) and Brian de Bois-Guilbert (Sam Neill) as a contest over who has the right to rule.
