Jack Frost

“He's chillin' and killin'.”

The small town of Snomonton sits under heavy winter snow when a prison transport carrying the serial killer Jack Frost collides with a truck hauling hazardous chemicals. Michael Cooney sends Sheriff Sam Tiler (Christopher Allport) after a killer who is no longer quite a man, and Jill Metzner (Shannon Elizabeth) is among the locals in his path. The drifts pile up around the town and a snowman-shaped figure waits in them.
