“The spy who challenged an empire.”

Ryszard Kukliński (Marcin Dorociński) is a high-ranking colonel in the Polish army who has decided he cannot stand by while Soviet power threatens to wreck the world. His choice puts his wife Hania (Maja Ostaszewska), his family and his own life at risk, with a CIA contact named Daniel (Patrick Wilson) on the other side. Władysław Pasikowski builds the film as a Cold War thriller, keeping the procedure of the spying in close view.
