Jack the Giant Slayer

A beanstalk tears through the sky and giants pour down into the kingdom. Jack (Nicholas Hoult), a farmboy caught between worlds, must climb back up with the king's soldier Elmont (Ewan McGregor) and rescue the princess Isabelle (Eleanor Tomlinson) before the giants tear the realm apart. Singer stages the chaos with mechanical precision, scaling the action to crush and awe in equal measure.
