A killer is cutting down women in the Whitechapel district of London, and Scotland Yard has no answers. Sam Lowry (Lee Patterson), an American policeman, crosses over to help Inspector O'Neill (Eddie Byrne) with a case that keeps taking more lives. Monty Berman and Robert S. Baker build it on a theory that the Ripper was a doctor out to avenge a wrong, so the horror comes from a respectable profession.
