Vicky White (Vicky White) was a respected corrections officer at an Alabama detention center until she fell in love with Casey White (Casey White), an inmate awaiting trial for murder. She smuggled him out in 2024, abandoning her career to become a fugitive. The film examines how two people can rationalize the unthinkable when desire overrides judgment, using archive footage and interviews to trace the collapsing distance between duty and devotion.
