Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back

“Hollywood had it coming.”

In 2001, two small-time dealers named Jay (Jason Mewes) and Silent Bob (Kevin Smith) find out that Hollywood is making a movie about their comic-book alter egos, Bluntman and Chronic. Nobody has offered them a cent, so they set off for Tinseltown to wreck the production. Smith, who directs and plays Silent Bob, takes the title and logo from The Empire Strikes Back and stages the whole trip as a joke on his own filmography.
