“What if Johnny had never existed...”

Fabrice (Fabrice Luchini) wakes up one morning in a Paris where Johnny Hallyday never made a record, and nobody he meets has heard of him. He is a buttoned-up office worker whose evenings otherwise belong to the rocker's songs, so the missing singer leaves a hole in his whole routine. Laurent Tuel sends him to find Jean-Philippe Smet (Johnny Hallyday), a man who has never sung, with the one fan who remembers everything still carrying it alone.
