Jewel Thief

Strangers keep greeting Vinay (Dev Anand) as someone else, a jewel thief whose face is identical to his own. To clear his name, Vinay agrees to the police's plan: he will pose as the thief and draw out the real one. Vijay Anand builds a story on the fear of being unable to prove who you are, and what that does to a man once the other face starts answering for him.
