JFK
“The story that won't go away.”
New Orleans, 1963: President Kennedy is shot in Dallas, and the city's district attorney, Jim Garrison (Kevin Costner), starts pulling at the loose ends of the official story. Oliver Stone builds the film from Garrison's own book, with Tommy Lee Jones as Clay Shaw and Gary Oldman as Lee Harvey Oswald. Garrison becomes convinced the real plot reaches into the government itself, and every new question puts his job and his family on the line.
