“A Gangster Musical Story”

Karthik (Siddharth), an aspiring filmmaker, travels to Madurai to research "Assault" Sethu (Bobby Simha), a gangster feared across the city, hoping to build his debut film around him. He has to work in secret, because Sethu has no patience for anyone who pokes around, and Karthik's snooping gets him caught almost at once. Karthik Subbaraj blends the crime thriller with broad comedy and music, and the film's tone shifts between them.
