Joe (Tyler Perry) packs his truck for a cross-country drive to drop his grandson B.J. at college, a simple errand that becomes complicated the moment they hit the highway. Madea (Tyler Perry) invites herself along, and the road fills with detours and the small disasters that happen when a family stops pretending.
