Josee, the Tiger and the Fish

“Together they can fly.”

Josee (Kaya Kiyohara) rarely leaves her house, yet she paints oceans and animals she has never seen. Tsuneo (Taishi Nakagawa), a university student who dreams of diving abroad, takes a job assisting her and finds himself pulled into her world. Kotaro Tamura builds a love story where each person gives the other a reason to go somewhere new, and the film is plainly about how people open up.
