“All the Fun and Splendour of the Magical Land of Oz in a Wonderful NEW full-length Musical Cartoon Adventure”

Dorothy (Liza Minnelli) is back in Oz with Toto, and she finds her friend the Scarecrow (Mickey Rooney) now ruling the Emerald City. Hal Sutherland directs this Filmation cartoon, which loosely follows Baum's second Oz novel and voices Mombi with Ethel Merman. The wicked Mombi is plotting to seize the city, and Dorothy, with the Cowardly Lion (Milton Berle) and the Tin Woodsman, has to stop her before the Emerald City falls.
