Ju-on: The Final Curse

Mai Shono (Airi Taira) has not heard from her older sister Yui, an elementary schoolteacher who disappeared a year after taking a job at a school. Mai goes looking and ends up with the Teriyaki household, who tell her what happened to Yui. Masayuki Ochiai sends her deeper into the curse's secrets, and Mai keeps going, set on ending it for good.
