Ju-on: The Grudge 2

A cursed house keeps pulling people in, and no one who walks through its door comes out the same. Kyoko Harase (Noriko Sakai), an actress, joins the crew of a paranormal TV program that sets up a shoot in the Saeki house, where the original hauntings began. Takashi Shimizu cuts between the people drawn to the place, and Kyoko is left carrying more of it with each day she stays.
