Judy & Punch

“A twisted tale of love, revenge and puppetry.”

Seaside is a lawless town nowhere near the sea, and its marionette show is a hit for reasons the crowd never learns. Mirrah Foulkes puts Judy (Mia Wasikowska) behind the curtain, where her puppeteering carries the act, while her husband Punch (Damon Herriman) takes the applause and the whisky. Judy keeps working the strings, and she is the one who will have to answer for what Punch's ambition costs.
