“The pit wants what it wants”

In a backwoods community in the woods, a pit is worshipped as a god, and when it wants blood, it makes its choice known. Ada (Lauren Ashley Carter) is a pregnant teenager who wants to get away from the family and the faith that hold her there. Chad Crawford Kinkle sets Dawai (Sean Bridgers) at his potter's wheel, the pit waiting in the trees behind him.
