On December 19th, 1983, the Jules Rimet Cup vanishes from the Rio de Janeiro headquarters of the Brazilian Football Association, the trophy Brazil kept for good after its third World Cup win in 1970. Caito Ortiz tells the real, preposterous story behind the theft, with Peralta (Paulo Tiefenthaler) and Borracha (Danilo Grangheia) among the people drawn into it. Under the jokes sits a plain idea: a whole country's pride can rest on one gold object in a building.
