Julius Caesar

“No grander Caesar... No greater cast!”

Rome, the Ides of March, and a conspiracy is forming around Julius Caesar (John Gielgud), whose power has the Senate afraid. Stuart Burge adapts Shakespeare's play in colour for the first time, with Charlton Heston as Marc Antony and Robert Vaughn as Casca. The conspirators need Marcus Brutus (Jason Robards), Caesar's friend, and the film turns on that bond between the two men.
