July Rain

Lena (Evgeniya Uralova) is a woman in her late twenties who loves her boyfriend Volodya (Aleksandr Belyavskiy) and spends her evenings among friends like Alik (Yuri Vizbor). Marlen Khutsiev follows her through a stretch of days in which the talk gets louder and the people around her start to seem hollow. Lena goes on listening, and slowly she begins to ask what she is actually doing there.
