Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

“The game has evolved.”

Four teenagers sucked into a magical video game wake up as avatars: a muscular adventurer (Dwayne Johnson), a wisecracking sidekick (Kevin Hart), a wise professor (Jack Black), and a tough fighter (Karen Gillan). They're stranded in a jungle with one life each and a guide named Nigel (Rhys Darby). Jake Kasdan treats the whole thing like a live-action cartoon, letting the chaos build from the gap between who these kids are and who the game made them.
