Jungle Fever

Flipper Purify (Wesley Snipes) is a successful, married architect in early 1990s New York who finds himself drawn to Angie Tucci (Annabella Sciorra), a white woman who works with him. He knows what the two of them would be walking into, and he knows how little room either of their neighborhoods leaves for it. Spike Lee sets the affair against the streets and families around it, where race decides how a couple is seen before anyone knows them.
