Just Before Dawn

“Will Anyone Survive Those Hours Just Before Dawn?”

Five campers drive into the Oregon mountains to look over land that one of them has inherited, ignoring a forest ranger, Roy McLean (George Kennedy), who tells them to turn back. Jeff Lieberman sends Jonathan (Chris Lemmon) and Constance (Deborah Benson) up the trail toward a forest that already holds a machete-wielding killer. Once the tents are up, there are strange noises beyond the firelight, and a girl's singing carries through the trees.
