“A STORY OF LIFE AND LOVE IN 1980!”

J-21 (John Garrick) wants to marry LN-18 (Maureen O'Sullivan), but in New York in 1980, where numbers have replaced names, the government has ruled he isn't distinguished enough. His chance comes with a four-month expedition to Mars, and Single O (El Brendel), a man revived after being struck by lightning in 1930, tags along as a stowaway. David Butler builds the future city and the Martian dance numbers on a scale that fills every frame.
