K-9: P.I.

“The Odd Couple Is Back!”

It's 2002, and Mike Dooley (Jim Belushi) and his K-9 partner Jerry Lee are close to retiring from the police force. Their pension depends on one last job, and it means working as private investigators to track down a set of stolen high-tech computer chips. Richard J. Lewis, directing this fourth entry in the K-9 series, keeps it a straight buddy comedy: a cop and his dog, working as a team.
