Charlie Carbone (Josh Keaton) is a teenager who wants to get Jack the kangaroo home to the Outback, and he talks his friends into helping him do it. Ron Myrick's animated sequel sends the three of them from Australia back to Vegas, with Louis Booker (Ahmed Best) along for the ride. If they don't find a way to get Jack home, the kangaroo stays far from where he belongs.
