“A Legend”

In a coastal hamlet, a childhood incident has kept Kaadubettu Shiva (Rishab Shetty) away from the Bhoota Kola, the old spirit-worship rites of his people. Rishab Shetty directs a story in which the village's ties to its forest are pulled tight when a forest officer, Murali (Kishore), arrives. Shiva drifts through odd jobs for his landlord and nights with his friends, avoiding whatever it was that frightened him.
