Kaos

Zi' Dima (Franco Franchi), an old Sicilian peasant, wants only to mend a great clay jar for his landlord, Don Lollò (Ciccio Ingrassia), and to get paid for it. That is one of five Pirandello stories the Taviani brothers set in the Sicily he came from, with a werewolf, a ghost, and a mother and her sons. Together they treat the island as a place where the dead, the poor, and the powerful all stay close at hand.
