Karla

“Evil has a beautiful face.”

Karla Homolka (Laura Prepon) is a young woman who falls in with Paul Bernardo (Misha Collins), and the two marry. Joel Bender builds the film on the real crimes of the Canadian couple, who kidnapped, abused and killed three young girls. Prepon plays her with a flat, fixed stare, and Collins stands beside her in the frame, the two of them side by side.
