“They're Just Air-Plane Nuts!”

Barnstorming stunt pilot Blackie Benson (Bud Abbott) signs up for the air corps, and his two assistants follow him in, one of them Heathcliff (Lou Costello). The army has no idea what it has taken on. Arthur Lubin builds the film around Abbott and Costello's quick-fire routines and gives Martha Raye and Carol Bruce room to sing and clown beside them, with Blackie and Heathcliff's partnership holding the whole thing together.
